Anything taken from the grill tastes wonderful – whether it’s served à la Carte, family style or plated and served by waiters. If you're having a beach wedding or you’re near the sea, grilled shrimp or prawns are delicious and a fresh lobster is gorgeous. Serve both lobster and prawns either threaded on a skewer or lay on a platter.
If your party is in a hotel ballroom or tent, grilled dishes can add a new level of flavor to your meal. Simply grilled steak, lamb, veal or chicken is always wonderful when served with delicious, crisp French fries. Whatever you chose, make sure your chef can accomplish with ease. A great piece of chicken grilled to perfection is much better than an overcooked or undercooked piece of low quality meat.
